TENDER NOTICE

Due to nationwide lockdown imposed by the Royal Government of Bhutan, the final date of submission of proposal has been extended till January 8, 2021

SAARC Development Fund (SDF) having its Secretariat at Thimphu, Bhutan, was established by the Heads of the Governments of eight SAARC Member States in 2010 and invites sealed quotations from interested and competent firms/companies for the following services:

1. Annual Maintenance Service for SDF’s Server Room System and End-User Network Connected Peripherals/Equipment
2. Annual Maintenance Service for SDF website Hosting, DNS and related services

Eligible firms/companies with adequate experience and proficiency are requested to submit sealed quotations for all or any of the above items by 4:00 P.M. (Bhutan Time) on December 21, 2020 to Admin Department or through password protected email on admin@sdfsec.org.
